What data does SlotsGem collect?

SlotsGem collects only the data required to open and use your account: full name, date of birth, postal address, email address, phone number, payment methods used and transaction history. Technical data is also collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, operating system and pages visited, for security and service improvement purposes. No sensitive data (health, political opinions, etc.) is requested or stored.

Why is this data used?

The data collected serves four main purposes. First, to deliver the service contract, meaning to allow you to use the platform, deposit, play, withdraw and access support. Second, to meet the legal obligations tied to our gaming licence, including anti-money-laundering compliance, age verification and fraud prevention. Third, to improve the service by analysing aggregated usage and identifying any bugs or friction points. Fourth, to send you relevant promotional communications, only where you have consented and always with the option to unsubscribe in a single click.

Who is data shared with?

SlotsGem shares only the strictly necessary data with a limited number of trusted partners: payment providers to process deposits and withdrawals, game suppliers to enable access to titles, hosting and support platforms to run the service, and competent authorities where legally required. All partners are bound by confidentiality agreements and security standards equivalent to those of SlotsGem. No data is sold to third parties, data brokers or external advertisers.

What are your rights over your data?

In accordance with applicable privacy principles, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data. You may exercise these rights from your profile or by writing to support@slots-gem.co.uk. A response will be provided within 30 days. Please note that certain data must be retained for five years after account closure in accordance with legal anti-money-laundering obligations, which may limit the right to erasure during this period. For any complaint, you may also contact the relevant supervisory authority.

Data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest via AES-256. Only authorised and trained staff have access to account information, and every access is logged. Servers are hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centres and benefit from professional-grade physical and logical security measures. For details on tracking technologies, see our Cookie Policy.
