Who do these terms apply to?

These terms and conditions apply to any person creating an account on SlotsGem, operated under a Curacao gaming licence. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, are acting on your own behalf, do not reside in a country where online gambling is prohibited, and accept all of the rules described below. SlotsGem reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to suspend any account that presents a risk of fraud, money laundering or breach of these rules.

How do the bonus rules work?

Each bonus is subject to conditions displayed on the promotion page and shown again at the time of activation: wagering requirements, validity period, maximum bet permitted per round during wagering, game-type contribution rates and any applicable withdrawal cap. The maximum bet during wagering is generally set at A$5 per round to preserve fairness. Exceeding this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings. Games classified as "low variance," such as certain roulette variants and video poker, may be restricted or contribute at a reduced rate. Creating multiple accounts to stack bonuses is prohibited and will result in the closure of secondary accounts without any refund of bonuses.

What are the rules for deposits and withdrawals?

Deposits must come from a payment method in your name. Any deposit from a third party will be declined and returned. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money-laundering rules. Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and includes proof of identity, proof of address and proof of payment method. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of validation, with additional time depending on the chosen method. SlotsGem reserves the right to request supplementary documentation for withdrawals exceeding A$2,000 or for unusual transactions.

What happens in the event of a dispute or abusive behaviour?

Any dispute must first be directed to SlotsGem support by email at support@slots-gem.co.uk. A formal response will be provided within seven business days. If the disagreement persists, the player may contact the relevant Curacao regulatory authority. SlotsGem reserves the right to suspend, close or recover funds from accounts involved in fraud, bonus abuse, use of automated assistance software, collusion between players, or any clear breach of these terms. Decisions are communicated in writing with supporting documentation where the confidentiality of the investigation permits.

SlotsGem may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email and by a banner on the site at least 30 days before they take effect.
